Bullet-time slows down the flow of combat, allowing Max Payne to navigate intense firefights from an isometric perspective. Players utilize an arsenal including pistols, submachine guns, shotguns, and sniper rifles to dispatch enemies across a snowy New York City. Managing grenades and Molotov cocktails provides additional tactical options while fighting through the city's criminal underbelly.
